3) GUIDE TO COOKING
The table below indicates the power values that can be set and the type of food to prepare is shown next
to each one. The values can change according to the amount of food and consumer preference.

In order to cook with the heating element
efficiently using the least amount of energy,
use: thick, flat-bottomed pots of a width
suited to that of the heating element (see
picture). Cook with the lid on to also save
energy. Turn down the heating element
when it reaches boiling point.
