WARNING

THE VEHICLE MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY ADULTS.
BEWARE WHEN  EXTRACTING THE VEHICLE
FROM THE  PACKAGING.
ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS AND SMALL
COMPONENTS ARE STORED IN A BAG INSIDE
THE PACKAGING.
THE BATTERY MAY ALREADY BE INSTALLED.
Do not use the toy if you find it damaged after
opening the packaging. Contact the shop where you
bought it or the customer support centre.
Take care in the presence of children while
assembling the toy, given the risks caused by small
parts (ingestion hazard) and the plastic bags that
contain them (choking hazard).
To assemble the toy, you will need a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a hammer, and a
pair of pliers.

ASSEMBLY

1 • Position the right-hand (DX) rear mudguard by

inserting the 3 flaps in the bodywork holes, as
indicated by the arrows.

2 • Turn the bodywork upside down. Press the

mudguard to secure it to the bodywork, making
sure to insert the centre flap (A) first.

•Repeat operations 1 and 2 for the other

mudguard.

3 • Insert the handle into the bodywork hole (1) and

turn it downwards (2). WARNING: the handles
are different from each other. Position them with
the flat side facing the saddle.

4 • Turn the bodywork to work on the bottom and

secure the handle with the supplied screw.

•Repeat operations 3 and 4 for the other handle.

5 • Press the rim (PART A) into the wheel, following

the direction of the tread, and make sure that
the reference pin connects correctly (see figure).
Repeat this operation for another wheel, always
following the direction of the tread.

6 • Insert bushing A into the right-hand wheel (the

right and left wheel refer to the direction of the
tread, according to the travel direction).

7 • Insert the longest axle into the wheel.
8 • Insert an iron washer into the axle.
9 • Insert the axle with the wheel and washer into

the bodywork hole from the right-hand side, as
shown in the figure.

10 • Position bushing B on the other wheel with rim.
11 • Insert the wheel into the axle from the left-hand

side of the bodywork, making sure to insert the
wheel bushing into the motor pentagon.

12 • Position the red press-stud on one of the two

terminal axle parts.

13 • Turn the bodywork upside down, keeping the

press-stud underneath it.

14 • Insert the stud into the black press-stud.
15 • Position it on the other axle terminal, as shown

in the figure, and secure the wheel with stud by
using a hammer.

•Turn the motor to the opposite side and repeat

the operation to secure the other wheel.

16 • Insert the front mudguard into the prong, as

shown in the figure.

17 • Press the other rims into the remaining wheel,

making sure that the reference pin is fully
interlocked.

18 • Insert a large stud into the red press-stud, as

shown in the diagram. Position the front axle on
the press-stud and secure the stud by using a
hammer.

19 • Assemble the front wheel inserting it into the

prong, following the direction of the tread. Insert
the pin.

20 • Position the press-stud and turn the toy keeping

the press-stud underneath it.

•Insert the stud into the black press-stud and

secure the wheel, as shown in the figure.

21 • Position the prong on the front of the vehicle

making sure to insert the bushing (part A)
correctly.

22 • Press the tank cap, fitting the 3 flaps into the

slots and aligning the hole with that on the
prong.

23 • Position a nut underneath the prong. Keep the

nut in position and tighten the previously
inserted threaded pin from the opposite side.

24 • Press the 2 caps onto the prong unit. Place the

headlight unit between 2 brackets, making sure
that the 2 side holes match with the centre hole
of the dashboard. Tighten using the 3 screws
provided.

25 • Position the handlebar on the prong unit, aligning

the holes. Now, position 1 of the 2 handlebar-
stops, as shown in the figure.

26 • Tighten the handlebar-stop. Repeat these

side) on the dashboard.

30 • Remove the battery-holder and insert 2 AA 1.5 V

batteries (not included) into the compartment,
taking care to match the correct polarity. When
finished, close the battery compartment cover
and re-tighten the screw.

31 • Connect the plug of the electrical system and

battery.

to start the electronic module. Press the upper
button A on the dashboard to activate the horn.
Press the lower button B to switch the front
light on. We recommend turning the key
anticlockwise after use to prevent the battery
from flattening.

36 • The vehicle is ready for use. Keep both hands on

the handlebar while pressing the accelerator
pedal with your foot. Release the pedal to
activate the electric brake automatically.

REPLACING THE BATTERY

PLEASE NOTE: THE PICTURES OF THE BATTERIES

holder back into place and tighten it.

41 • Reconnect the plugs. Put the saddle back into

place and turn the fastening pin to position B.

CHARGING THE BATTERY
