10. Controlling the channels of the FLEX receiver using a telephone
In addition to the standard functionality of remote management of the FLEX receiver
through the CloudFlex server, the F-GSM card can optionally control the receiver channels
using a telephone via CLIP connections.
In order to use the control function, it is necessary to unlock it in the CloudFlex service, in the
"Phones" tab. It is required to purchase an unlocking code (available from the manufacturer
and distributors).If the "Phones" tab is not visible on the CloudFlex website, update the
receiver's firmware. The F-GSM card is supported in the FLEX receiver from firmware version
2.07.
Channel control is possible for users added to the list of subscribers. The subscriber memory
is unlimited. Adding subscribers should be made in the CloudFlex service in the "Phones"
tab.For subscribers who make a CLIP connection, the receiver disconnects the connection
after the first call and the channel is activated. This connection is free.
11. Error signaling
In case of any problems, errors are indicated by the ER1 and ER2 LEDs.
The ER2 diode is lit continuously and the ER1 diode is pulsating. The number of pulses on the
ER1 LED indicates an error:

2 pulses: missing / incorrectly fitted / damaged SIM card,
ź
3 pulses: the SIM card has a pin request set (disable pin),
ź
4 pulses: the network rejects the sent SMSes - probably lack of funds on the card (this
error may be revealed, for example, after sending an SMS with configuration or APN
configuration request),
ź
5 pulses: it is impossible to log into the operator's network - probably the card is inactive
(it has expired, has been blocked or has not been activated),
ź
6 pulses: no access to the Internet - wrong APN settings (you can download and change
the settings using SMS commands) or a problem with the antenna circuit (not
connected, loose, wrong type).
