Surround Instructions
1. Bolt surround top to sides using 4 -
1

bolts
and 4 –

nuts. Make sure the hooks are turned
towards center.
2. Fasten sheet metal brackets to right and left side of
fireplace insert using 4 - #14 x

screws. (do not
tighten)
3. Fasten surround attachment to top of insert (do not
tighten) using 3 - #14 x
3
/
4
screws.
4. Attach surround to insert.
5. Determine the depth of your fireplace, and where
you want your insert placed. You have a 2”
adjustment, see page 10. Set surround accordingly
and tighten all screws. You may want to consider
putting card board or carpet on your hearth so you
can slide insert back into place with out scratching
hearth surface. Once fireplace is in position remove
card board or carpet.
