Please note
• The product is suitable for decorating indoor areas.
• This device may be used by children ages 8 and over as
well as persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental
capacities or those lacking experience and/or knowledge
if they are supervised or have been instructed in how
to safely use the device and have understood the risks
associated with operating the device. Children may not
play with the device. Children may not perform cleaning
and user maintenance of the device unless they are 8
years of age or older and are supervised.
• Keep children under 8 years of age and animals away
from the device and the connection line.
• The device is
not
a toy!
• The product is designed for private use and is not
intended for commercial use.
• Only use the product as instructed. Any other use is
deemed improper. Store the instructions in a safe place.
• Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or
attempts at repair are excluded from the warranty. This
also applies to normal wear and tear.
Risks of injury
• Keep children and animals away from the packaging
material. Danger of suffocation exists!
• Only use and store the device out of the reach of children.
The mains cord may also not be accessible for children.
They could pull the device down with it.
• Children must be under supervision to ensure that they
do not play with the product.
Risk of electric shock and
fi
re
• Only connect the product to a properly installed socket
with protective ground contacts. The socket must also
be easily accessible after connecting so that the mains
connection can be quickly disconnected. The mains
voltage must comply with the technical data of the product.
Only use proper extension cords, whose technical data
correspond to those of the product.
• Never immerse the product, the USB adapter, the mains
cord and the plug in water or other liquids and make sure
that there is no risk of them falling in water or getting wet.
• If the product does fall in water, immediately disconnect
the power supply. Do not attempt to pull the product out
of the water when it is connected to the mains supply!
• Never touch the product, the USB adapter, the mains
cord and the mains plug with wet hands when these
components are connected to the mains supply.
• Turn the product off and pull the mains plug out of the
socket
–
when you are not using the product,
–
if a fault occurs during operation,
–
before a storm,
–
before you clean and/or stow the product.
• Always pull on the plug itself and never on the mains
cord!
• Only use the product in enclosed areas.
• Do not use the product in rooms containing easily
fl
ammable dust or toxic and explosive vapours.
• Do not operate the product in a very moist environment
or in the vicinity of
fl
ammable material.
• For your own safety, check the product for damages each
time before using it. Only use the product if the product,
mains cord and the plug do not exhibit any damages!
• Never leave the product unattended when it is switched
on or plugged in to the mains supply.
• Do not make any modi
fi
cations to the product. Also do not
replace the mains cord yourself. Only have the product,
USB adapter, cord and plug repaired by a quali
fi
ed
workshop. Contact customer service if necessary.
Improper repairs could pose serious risks for the user.
Avoiding damage to materials, property and the
device
• Hang or place the product at a stable, solid and dry place.
• Before you drill a hole, ensure that there are no pipes or
other lines beneath the intended drilling site.
• Lay the cable so that it does not pose a tripping hazard.
Do not allow the cable to hang over the edge of a table or
similar. Someone could catch him/herself and pull down
the device.
• Make sure that the mains cord does not get pinched,
kinked or laid over sharp edges and does not come into
contact with hot surfaces.
• Maintain adequate distance to heat sources such as
stoves or ovens to prevent damage to the device. Do not
place any open
fl
ames, e.g. burning candles in the direct
vicinity of the product, cord and plug.
• Keep the product away from sharp, pointy objects that
could scratch the material.
• Do not allow the product to fall and do not subject it to
severe percussions.
• Do not pull or carry the product by the cord.
• Do not subject the product to extreme temperatures,
severe changes in temperature, moisture, wetness or
direct sunlight.
• Only use
fl
uorescent, water-soluble board markers
(whiteboard markers or similar) to write/draw on the
board.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning products to
clean the product. They could damage the surface.

• 1 x cleaning cloth

You will also need suitable mounting materials. It is not included in
the product contents.
