vices, data storage media and watches as well as credit cards 
and other similar items. Keep them away from the magnets.

 

Protect the article from heat, naked

 ames, extreme tempera-

tures, persistent moisture, wet conditions and collisions. 

 

Clean the article only with a damp cloth and a little mild cleaning 
agent if necessary. Do not clean it with aggressive or abrasive 
cleaning agents or cloths. These could damage the surfaces.

Inserting / Changing Batteries

Before you use the article, pull the insulation strip out of the 
battery compartment to activate the batteries.

Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts on the 
article and on the batteries are clean, and clean them if necessary.
1.  Detach the torch from the article if necessary. 
2.  To open the battery compartment on the bottom of the torch, 

press the locking catch on the battery compartment cover and 
remove it.

3.  Take the used batteries out if necessary and insert 3 button 

cell batteries (1.5 V, AG13 type). Pay attention to the correct 
polarity (+ / –) (see inside of battery compartment).

4.  Insert the battery compartment cover and 

fl

 ip  it  shut  so  that 

you hear and feel it engage in place.

If the performance of the torch diminishes, the batteries should 
be replaced.

Use

Torch
• 

Switch on:

 press the On / Off button.

• 

Switch off:

 press the On / Off button again.

•  The magnets can be used to stick the torch onto metallic ob-

jects.

Tape measure
1.  Detach the tape measure from the article if necessary. 
2.  Pull it out to the length you want and hold it securely. 
3.  Let go of the tape measure again so that it automatically winds 

up again.

4.  Secure the tape measure to the article again.
Knife
1.  Flip out the knife by placing your 

fi

 ngernail or a pointed object 

into the notch and folding the knife out of the article.
Once the knife has been fully folded out, the safeguard is ac-
tivated. 

2.  To fold the knife in again, use your 

fi

 ngernail or a pointed object 

to push the safeguard to the left slightly and at the same time 
carefully fold in the knife a small amount. 

3.  Release the safeguard and fully fold in the knife.
Wrench / scissors
1.  Flip open the respective catch and take out the scissors or the 

wrench. 

2.  Open out the scissors or open up the wrench: 

•  Twist the wrench to the size you want using the adjustable 

thread. 

•  Before you store it away, twist the adjustable thread back 

to 0.

•  Pull the scissors apart at the eyelets and fold them up. 
•  Before you store them away, open them up again and slide 

them into one another. 

3.  Place the scissors or the wrench back into the corresponding 

recess and press down the catch. It must be heard to engage 
in place.

Bottle opener, hex key, screwdriver
1.  Fold out the tool you require.
2.  Use the tool according to its intended purpose. 
3.  Fold the tool in again after using it.

Disposal

Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally 
friendly manner so that it can be recycled.
Dispose of the article in an environmentally friendly manner 
at a recycling centre for used electrical and electronic de-
vices. It should not be disposed of in the normal household 
waste.
The batteries should be removed prior to disposal of the 
article and disposed of separately. To protect the environ-
ment, non-rechargeable and rechargeable batteries must 
not be disposed of with normal household waste, but must 
be taken to suitable collection points.
