Overhead: Capacity used by DroboPro/DroboElite for
management
Tip: You can determine actual disk space usage by opening Drobo Dashboard.
The blue capacity lights on the front of your DroboPro/DroboElite provide an
approximation in 10 percent increments.
You can explore different hard drive combinations using the Capacity
Calculator web tool at
www.drobo.com/calculator . This will show you
what happens when you replace a drive or add a new one to your
DroboPro or DroboElite.
Advanced Controls: Data tab
The Data tab in Advanced Controls gives you in-depth details on the
status of your DroboElite. You should go to this screen if DroboElite is in
the process of protecting your data and you would like to know when it
will finish. The progress will be shown in the “Data Protection” section.
