In order to cool the exterior of the appliance, this model is equipped with a cooling
fan, which automatically activates when the oven is hot. When the fan is turned on, a
normal flow of air is heard between the oven door and the control panel.
Note
: When the cooking is finished, the fan stays on until the oven has cooled
sufficiently.
5. ¿HOW TO KEEP YOUR OVEN IN SHAPE?
Before cleaning your oven or servicing it, disconnect from the power source.
To extend the life of your oven, you should clean it frequently, keeping in mind:
• Enamel or stainless steel parts should be washed with warm water without
using abrasive powders or corrosive substances that could ruin them,
stainless steel may become stained. If these stains are difficult to remove,
use special products available on the market. After cleaning, it is advisable to
rinse well and dry.
• The interior of the oven should be cleaned immediately after use, when it is
still hot, with hot water and soap; the soap should be rinsed and the interior
dried. Avoid using abrasive detergents (eg cleaning powders, etc.) and
abrasive sponges for dishes or acid as this could damage enamel. If grease
and dirt stains are particularly difficult to remove, I use a special product for
cleaning the oven, following the instructions on the package. Never use a
steam cleaner to clean the inside of the oven.
• Condensation may form if the oven is used for an extended period of time.
Dry with a soft cloth.
• There is a rubber gasket that surrounds the opening of the oven that
guarantees its perfect functioning. Check the condition of this seal. If
necessary, clean it and avoid using abrasive products or objects to do so. In
the event of damage, please contact the nearest Service Center. We
recommend that you avoid using the oven until it has been repaired.
• Never cover the bottom of the oven with foil, as heat buildup could
compromise cooking and even damage the enamel.
• Clean the glass door using non-abrasive products or sponges and wipe dry
with a soft cloth.
