Cleaning & Maintenance
IMPORTANT: Always ensure your Soup Chef is unplugged from the mains
before performing any maintenance or cleaning tasks.
Remove the lid of your soup maker by
lifting the handle upwards. Carefully
wash any residue off and dry with a soft
cloth.
IMPORTANT:
Do not immerse the
lid in water as it contains electrical
components.
Removing the silicone sealing ring
IMPORTANT:
Take care when
removing the silicon sealing ring, the
liquidiser blades are sharp.
Grip the side of the silicon sealing
ring and pull upwards off the motor
housing.
Clean the silicone sealing ring under
hot running water then wipe dry.
Clean the base of the motor housing
with a damp cloth to remove any
residue.
Slot the silicon sealing ring back over
the motor housing of the of the lid.
Push the silicon sealing ring down until
it is against the top of the base of the
motor housing.
