7.3 Preliminaries
From the factory the Dosper evo is deliv-
ered with an inactive test liquid inside
the system. This test liquid must com-
pletely be replaced by silicone before
taking the machine into operation.
Turn the machine on at the main
switch (1). The illuminated activation
button (7) will light up.
Place an appropriate container under-
neath the mixing head and press the
activation button (7).
The internal pump will press the test
mass out of the machine and will
replace it automatically by the con-
nected silicone.
Keep the button (7) pressed until both
silicone components are delivered
evenly out of the mixing head (6).
The Dosper evo is now ready for
use.
7.4 Applying the mixing tips
The Dosper evo is equipped for the
application of mixing tips with pink
closure cap (D-4970-1).
There is a groove at the front of the
mixing head (6). This groove has to match with the triangular bulge of the
mixing tip.
Snap the mixing tip into the guiding
and apply to the mixing head (6) by a
clockwise rotation of 90°.
