６－５ Changing input voltage (L(U))
・ When the unit is shipped from the factory, it is set to 100V input range.
・ Select the power supply to OFF, unplug the AC cable and the output cable from the main
body,
and after waiting more than 10 minutes, open the top cover to change the input voltage range.
・ Improper procedure of changing input voltage range change can cause failure of the unit
How to change the input voltage
１． Unscrew the mounting screw on the top cover,
and slowly lift up the top cover to remove it.
２． Pull the insulation film (black) to the direction of
arrow mark (fig.6-6) to remove it.
３． See Fig.6-7. By swapping CN3, CN4 and CN5 connectors
on PCB PC-8, input voltage range can be changed.
AC100V input range
１） Put the connector with Blue wire onto CN５ connector.
２） Put CN4 (with 100V indication) onto choke coil.
AC200V input range
１） Put the connector with Red wire onto CN5 connector.
２） Put CN3 (with 200V indication) onto choke coil.
４． Replace the INPUT label on rear panel to the label of selected input voltage range.
(Labels are enclosed)
５． Replace the insulation film (black) (Fig. 6-6)
６． Replace the top cover on the main body and fasten the screw tightly.
７． Change the AC input cord of selected (refer 1-4-2 Connecting AC line input cord of AC input).
Now the procedure of changing input voltage range has done.
６－６ Setting Value display (LPs)
The set voltage value and the set current value are displayed on the meter, while you pressing
the SET button on the front panel. (This button is attached only when
–
LPs option is chosen.)

Slightly pull the connector to make sure that
connector is completely inserted.
