5. The alarm point should now send voice notifications based on the selected pager profile, and the
underlying pager schedule and pager carriers.
Step 8: Define Voice Format

1. From the main menu, select Notifications, then Voice Message Format.
2. Each row in the left table is something that will be said in the voice message. Set the names to
things you want the message to include, such as Alarm Status, Site Name, Time, Date, etc. The
message parts will be said in the order you specify.
3. The Delay field specifies how much of the message is allotted to that clause. If the content is longer
than the space allotted, it will be truncated.
4. Check Say Header if you want the label to be said before the content. For example, the description
field would say "SITE NAME Headquarters" if checked, or just "Headquarters" if unchecked.
5. The bar-shaped display at the top is the timeline of the message. Adjust until message format is
suitable, then Save your changes.
