The Building Status Unit II (BSU II).
A companion product to the NetGuardian 832A, the Building Status Unit II (BSU II) provides local annunciation
whenever an alarm occurs. The BSU II has a large visual indicator that will alert technicians to alarms. You may
acknowledge alarms locally on the unit, which will in turn acknowledge the alarm in the NetGuardian as well.
Audible levels may be adjusted from the side panel thumb wheel. The BSU II will interface to the NetGuardian
via 4-wire RS485 interface and may be located up to 1500 feet away. The NetGuardian will issue an alarm any
time the communication to the BSU is interrupted, so you will have constant visibility of your network alarm
system.
