The lens features a fixed aperture. When
changing focal length, the aperture changes as follows:
Select the aperture priority mode (A, Av) at your camera. The camera automatically selects a suitable shutter speed.
If you select manual exposure mode (M) at your camera, the shutter speed must be set manually. The incorporated
camera exposure meter will indicate the required exposure time (usually in form of a light scale). Modes like shutter
priority (S, Tv), auto (P) and all design modes are not suitable for use with this telephoto zoom lens.
TriPod mounT ring
For blur-free shots with perfect sharpness, we recommend to use a stable tripod.
For easy handling and for improving the center of gravity the telephoto zoom lens is equipped with a tripod mount
ring (2). Using this ring, you can mount the lens directly onto a tripod.
• First loosen the locking screw (3) for the tripod mount ring
• Position the camera in landscape or portrait format
• Tighten the locking screw (3)
FilTer Thread
The telephoto zoom lens is equipped with a built-in lens hood (6) which prevents lateral light.
At the front, the lens boasts of a 67mm filter mount allowing the use of optional filters of 67 mm size.
