aTTaching To The camera
An optional T2 adapter is required, to attach the telephoto zoom lens to your camera.
Screw the T2 adapter into the T2 mount of the lens (1). Now the lens can be attached to the camera bayonet.
Focal lengTh and disTance seTTings
By pushing or pulling, the front part of the lens the focal length can be variably adjusted 420 to 800 mm:
Pulling increases the focal length, pushing decreases the focal length.
The adjusted focal length is displayed on the focal length scale.
If you want to shoot with the selected focal length, tighten the locking ring (4) —› Lock.
Now you are ready to shoot.
Focusing ring (5) allows adjusting at ease both sharpness, distance and the focal length at the same time. The correct
distance is set, when you see a sharp image in the cameras viewfi nder. We recommend using the Live View feature of
your camera with magnifi cation.
