Add or replace with specified oil to the correct

level.

Replace the filter.

c. Air being sucked into hydraulic system.

Bleed air in the system and tighten connector or
replace seal ring.

d. Oil pump seal ring badly worn out causing

serious internal leakage.

Replace the oil pump seal ring.

e. Main control valve seized.

Operate lift control lever several times and adjust

the main control valve with a screw driver, if still

seized, disassemble and service as required.

f. Main control valve badly worn out.

Replace worn out parts.

g. Safety valve failure.

Readjust or repair safety valve.

h. Cylinder leaking seriously.

Replace seal ring or replace the worn out parts as

necessary.
