DESCRIPTION OF THE TOUCH CONTROL
(MODEL UDTT)
The following pages contain a summary of the explication of how to use the screen's touch control. For
more detailed information, please, see the ‘’Touch control user manual’’.
The machine is controlled using an electronic microprocessor able to control the activation and
deactivation of the different inputs and outputs of the system. Communication with the user is via a touch
screen which indicates the machine states. The control can be configured for operation in
OPL mode
or
in
self-service mode
. For self-service machines, inserting and turning the control holder key gives the
option to enter in ‘’Credit Mode’’, which allows the machine to be programmed as if it were OPL. When
the key is removed, you will exit ‘’Credit Mode’’.
A number of digital temperature probes are used to keep the temperature constant inside the dryer. The
required temperature can be configured in the different editable programmes of the control. This allows
the machine to be used at the optimum temperature for each fabric type.
Time control is internally carried out in the microprocessor. In
OPL
mode, the user can select the
required drying time using the screen. If the machine is configured in
self-service
mode, the time is
increased according to the payment made.
6.
INTERFACE
The interface can be divided into three main screens:
•
OFF or standby screen: when the machine is switched on this screen is displayed, or when
the machine is left switched on without any actions being taken for more than 10 minutes.
•
Main Screen: this is the screen where the programmes are displayed with their respective
information, and from where they can be run.
•
Run screen: when a drying cycle is underway, this screen will be displayed in a predetermined
format.
Self-service machines do not have the OFF screen, and the other two screens are slightly different.
The information extracted via the screen from the HUD or display menu can be slightly modified.
