The temperature control of the appliance is situated inside the refrigerator, in the
center of the ceiling.
The temperature control has 8 levels, 0-7, of which level 0 means that the appli-
ance is turned off. By turning the temperature control wheel clockwise, you will start
the appliance.
The higher level you choose, the more efficient the cooling is: Level 1 being the
lowest cooling efficiency, and level 7 being the highest cooling efficiency. When
choosing the cooling level it is advisable to take the ambient temperature into ac-
count. When the ambient temperature is around 16
o
C, the sufficient cooling lavel
is 1. When the ambient temperature is about 25
o
C, is the minimum cooling level 2.
You can also choose a higher cooling level if you so desire.
Please note that the temperature varies somewhat inside the refrigerator, with the
lowest areas being cooler than the top of the refrigerator.
The lamp
This appliance uses LED technology instead of an ordinary light bulb, and so lasts
the entire expected lifetime of the appliance during normal use. The user cannot
change or repair the LED fixture, so the appliance must be delivered to a qualified
service company in the event of the LED fixture breaking down.
3. The refrigerator
The refrigerator compartment is intended for storing foodstuffs that are not to be
frozen. When placing food inside the refrigerator, please keep in mind that the
bottom of the refrigerator compartment is a few degrees cooler than the top part,
so it is advisable to place easily perishable products, such as meat, as close to the
bottom as possible. Please note the following circumstances when storing food in
your refrigerator:
• Do not place hot food inside the refrigerator. Let it cool down to
room temperature before storing.
• Ensure that the food is intended for storing in a cold environment.
• Do not place foodstuffs so that they touch the back wall of the
refrigerator compartment. This affects air circulation and on high

• Place food losely enough to ensure proper air circulation.
• Comply with the best before dates marked on the food packaging. Especially
meat can cause food poisoning when consumed after it has spoiled.
• Store food in boxes, zip-lock bags and use other similar means to
keep food fresh for longer periods. This way you will also reduce
the risk of leaks and soiling your refrigerator, and you will keep
odors under control. It is also advisable to clean containers, flasks
and packiging prior to storing them.
• Regularly dispose of overdue and spoiled foodstuffs to avoid
odors.
• Clean the refrigerator regularly. Over time, bacteria may aggregate inside the
refrigerator, which will constitute a health risk as well as causing odors. Be espe-
cially mindful to keep the drainage pipe clean and clear of obstructions.
• Ensure that frost or ice cannot form inside the refrigerator. Ice, frost and dirt can
block the drainage pipe, and so affect the function of the appliance.
• Do not store flammable substances or explosives in the refrigerator.
• If you intend to store medicines in the refrigerator, consult your doctor or phar-
macy to ensure that the medicine is intended to be stored in a cold environ-
ment. Follow the temperature ranges for storing the medicines, e.g. by measur-
ing the internal temperature of the refrigerator with a thermometer designed
for such use.
• Do not open the refrigerator door in vain, or keep it open for unnecessarily long
periods.
The refrigerator shelves
The refrigerator comes with three shelves made from tempered glass. The shelves
may be removed for cleaning or transport, and you can also remove a shelf tem-
porarily to make room for large foodstuffs.
The crisper drawer
The crisper drawer is intended primarily for storing fruit and vegetables, and offers
the coldest temperature zone of the refrigerator.
The door baskets
The appliance comes with two large door baskets of which the lower includes a
metallic bottle stand, and two smaller baskets. Two freely placeable egg holders
are also supplied.
4. The freezer
