PCI Express External Cabling specification 4.0 is, as of the release of MXP909 PXIe module, not completed and ratified by the PCI-
SIG. The MXP909 PXIe x8 cable module is designed to the new specification, but Dolphin cannot guarantee the card will be
compliant to the final 3.0 version. Dolphin firmware tools can update the CMI implementation.
