01 SPROCKET GUARD / CHAIN TENSIONING SYSTEM
Disassembly
Folding handle
Remove the sprocket guard, guide bar and chain.
Fold up folding handle

Using a small screwdriver, carefully pry the plastic
ring

up out of the sprocket guard.
Pull folding handle

out of the sprocket guard.
Remove spring

and locknut

Chain tensioner
Unscrew bolt

and remove chain guide plate

.
Unscrew bolt

.
Remove cover

, locking bolt

and clamping nut

Unscrew bolt

and remove it and washer
12.
Remove tensioning handle

and driver

Note:
Do not misplace spring with ball

Assembly in reverse order.
Installing the folding handle
Insert locknut

with spring

into the sprocket guard.
Press the carrier with folding handle
1
into the
sprocket guard, making sure it engages with
locknut

Insert plastic ring

into the sprocket guard.
