lubricate the lever hoist periodi-
cally.

ensure hook safety latches are fitted
and are functioning correctly.

don't use any connectors to join
loadchain.

“TECHNICAL DETAILS“ / point No. 10)

if using two lever hoists for one
load, select two lever hoists having the
rated capacity equal to or more than the
load.

don't use the chain as a sling / loop.

lift or pull the load with the chain +
hooks in the same plane.

ensure chain and hooks are not
twisted or have kinks, nicks or cracks.

don't hammer the chain and / or the
hook into place.

do ensure the load is fully supported
in the throat of the hook.

protect the chain over sharp corners.

water or with high pressure cleaner.
