In order to test the valve and flow system the Transport or FTIR pump should be activated. Press a specific 
valve to observe its flow rate, pressure, and temperature (MKS Only). The information on this screen is useful 
when testing pumps and individual point flow. 
 

5.3.4.3 Setup > Testing > Ethernet/IP 

If an optional Ethernet/IP module has been installed, alarms and concentration logging can be tested by 

pressing the “Ethernet/IP” button while in the Setup > Testing 

menu.
