Since the screen view turns to full screen mode when the
terminal turns sideways, navigation bar shown at the bottom
of the screen in vertical screen mode does not appear in the
horizontal screen mode. Tap the screen to show navigation
bar on the right of the screen. Show navigation bar and tap to
display remote control, or touch and hold the screen to fix
screen orientation/rotate screen.
