6.3 REGULATING THE MACHINE
Before starting the machine, especially when using it for the first time or installing it in a new workplace, it is necessary to bear in mind some
precautions and suggestions:
DANGER
Install the machine on an even floor, horizontal if possible, and free of obstacles. If necessary, use a level to ensure the worktop is
leveled horizontally.
DANGER
Ensure that there is enough room around the machine to guarantee appropriate operations, depending on quantity and size of
materials to work on.
ATTENTION
If any mishap should occur, interrupt the work session immediately and follow the procedures of this manual
strictly.
PRECAUTION
The operator must never leave the machine unattended when it is switched on or operating.
PRECAUTION
Verify that all protective screens are regularly and properly installed before using the machine and at the end of any maintenance
operation.
DANGER
Check that the blade rotates in the direction indicated on the blade itself.
Always make sure that blades are free of any obstruction to their movement before
starting the machine.
6.3.1 STARTING TO OPERATE THE MODEL WORKING WITH ELECTRICY
If you use the machine on a building site, also connect to the earthing the supplementary external earth plug, present on one of the legs.
For such purpose, use a copper wire with a section not inferior to 16 mm

and with the lug to be clamped on the machine terminal using a
nut.
