5.6 GENERIC RISKS

Do not place hands, feet or other parts of your body in contact with moving parts of the machine. It is strictly forbidden to let
untrained people use the machine. It is forbidden to use the machine to transport people and/or objects.
6 INSTALLING AND STARTING TO OPERATE THE MACHINE
6.1 PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

Verify presence of accidental damages the machine has been subject to, during transport and/or movement: in such case, ask for our
support to take care of the damages.

Verify that the blade protection has been properly installed, and that all blocking screws are well tightened.
DANGER
Check that all screws are well tightened after 4 hours of operation. After that first period, check them every 50 hours.
6.2 GENERAL GUIDELINES
The machine must be sheltered from rain and any bad weather, and should not be used in environments with risk of explosion.
Before changing any set-up on the machine, and at the end of each session, ensure that the cable is disconnected from the mains or that the PTO
is not connected to the transmission shaft.

Ensure that trained personnel only is in near the machine.

Do not use scarves or ties
Wear only gear that is appropriate for the job: no loose ends or garments that could easily be caught in moving parts (scarves, ties or
similar items)
DANGER
Do not work in bad/insufficient lighting conditions.
ATTENTION
Position logs to be processed and finished goods in the vicinity of the working area.
