Mcellaneous: Vse Slde, Hnges, Pvot Ponts, etc.
To ensure function and maintain appearance while reduc-
ing wear, corrosion, rust, etc., apply when and where
needed in appropriate amounts required.

Four (4) grease fittings.
Secondary Roller Lnear Bearngs. Two (2) grease
fittings.
Saw Gude Adjustment Screws. Clean and apply oil.
Idler Bandwheel Slde and Screw Bearngs. Apply
grease to slide.

Electrc/Hydraulc Motors. Oil cup and/or grease fittings.

Lubricate (if any) per manufacturer's recommendations.
Mst Lubrcator (Optonal).

Premium quality, saw band coolant and
lubricant.
DoALL cutting fluids and/or oils.
Coolant Reservor. 19 gallon (71.9 liter) capacity. Drain,
clean and refill whenever coolant becomes undesirable
for further use. Clean the mesh screen at the same time.

* Lubrcaton ntervals are based on a 8-hour day, 0-hour week.
Lubrcate more often wth heaver use.
Hydraulc System. Ten (10) gallon (37.8 liter) capacity.
Check fluid level daily and keep the reservoir full. Drain,
change the filter element and refill after the 1st month;
every six (6) months thereafter.
