Monitoring Printer Status

[Printer Status] Tab Sheet

The “Printer Status” screen displays the printer’s status. Content of the screen is automatically updated

at regular intervals.

Displaying Printer Status

Printer Status: Displays the printer’s status. There are three modes, which are represented by different

icons.

Ready status. The printer is ready to start printing.

Printer is active.    For details, refer to “List of Status Messages” on
the next page.

Error has occurred.    An error code and details of the failure are
displayed. “0102D100” on the left example is the error code.
For details, refer to “Error Code List and Actions to Take” (page 27
onwards of this manual).
