To verify the satellites that the GPS module are fixed to, Tap on the
Satellite
icon. The
screen displays the satellites in red that the module is fixed with. The gray satellites are
being communicated with, but are not locked on the modules position.
7. To verify the longitude and latitude reading from the DLI 8500 location choose the
Navigation
icon. The module must be locked onto 3 satellites before the reading is
accurate.
