Open the Control Panel, tap
Start>Control Panel.

Tap on Accessibility Options Icon.
3.
Chose the General Tab to configure the RS-232 port and check
Use Serial Keys
. Tap
the
Settings
button to access the Baud Rate and Com port that will be configured.
4. Set Serial Port to COM1 and Baud Rate to 9600, tap OK.
