any other purpose. It should only be used by trained operators who are familiar with
the content of this manual. It is potentially hazardous to fit or use any parts other than
DK2 OEM parts. The company disclaims all liability for the consequences of such use,
which in addition voids the machine warranty.
WARNING: OVERVIEW
• The warnings, cautions, and instructions in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions
or situations that could occur. Exercise common sense and caution when using this plate
compactor. Always be aware of the environment and ensure that the plate compactor is
used in a safe and responsible manner.
• DO NOT allow persons to assemble or operate this plate compactor until they have read this
manual and have developed a thorough understanding of how the plate compactor works.

larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications for which this equipment was not
designed. It will be safer and do the job better at the capacity for which it was intended. DO

WARNING: ENGINE EXHAUST
• Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a poison you cannot see or smell.
• NEVER use this unit inside a home or garage, even if doors and windows are open.
• Only use OUTSIDE and far away from windows, doors, and vents.
