6 Operation
CAUTION
Overheating!
Overheating due to improper use or wrong installation at the construction site of
e. g. defective plugs or sockets, or such of inferior quality.
¾ If necessary, have the electric installation checked by an electrician for possible
defects.
¾ Observe and comply with the admissible environment conditions.
¾ Do not cover the device.
After teaching in and plugging into a wall receptacle, simple operation functions
are available. The DITECH Smart Home iL App offers more functions.
The actuation of the system key (see fig. 3 page 3) switches connected consumers
on and off. Switched-on consumers are displayed by a green, continuous lighting
of the system key; for switched-off consumers the system key illumination is off.
In case of overheating the integrated temperature monitoring switches
off the device. This protects from overheating and ensures safe operation.
When the temperature has cooled down to a normal level, the device can
be switched on again.
