Define the following parameters:
Min/Max Freq
-‐ The minimum and maximum length of time between the messages. The time
between messages is a random amount of seconds in this range.
Start Time
-‐ The time to start the messages. (i.e. hh:mm)
End Time
-‐ The time to stop the messages. (i.e. hh:mm)
Note: The end time must be after the start time as the period does not extend to the following day.
