Serial Receive overflow 

"!F<CR>" 

This  message  is  sent  from  the  interface  card  if  an 
overflow  occurs  in  the  incoming  data-stream  from 
the  external  equipment.  An  overflow  can  only 

occur if the external equipment is not honouring the 
CTS/RTS 

hardware 

handshake 

signals. 

An 

overflow  will  result  in  the  loss  of  one  or  more 
messages to the interface card, and these messages 
will have to be repeated.
