Push down on carry
handle and pull dirt
container away from
unit.
Hold dirt container over trash can and
push down on bottom release lever to
release debris.
EMPTY DIRT CONTAINER
WARNING:
MAKE SURE VACUUM HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF AND UNPLUGGED BEFORE REMOVING DIRT CONTAINER.
NOTE:
For best results, empty the dirt container after every use.
NOTE:
If necessary, the dust compartment can be cleaned with a dry dust cloth/dust brush.
NOTE:
Scented Exhaust Filters are not washable and should be changed periodically. Some discoloration may appear on the scented filters.

Tap filter firmly against
inside of trash can to
remove loose dirt.
CLEANING YOUR LIFETIME HEPA FILTER
Twist lid to the left (Diagram 1). Remove
lid (Diagram 1a).
Remove filter assembly from dirt container
(Diagram 2). Remove filter by pulling it off
of the filter knob (Diagram 2a).
Place filter under water
to clean. Make sure filter
is completely dry before
returning to cleaner.
Hold foam filter under
running water to wash.
Wring excess water out
of filter. Allow foam filter
to dry for at least 24
hours.
