signal Routing
Two methods of signal routing are available:
a) ‘Standard Bank Routing’ - signal routing of analog and
digital I/Os as a whole.
b) ‘Matrix Mode’ - individual signal routing of all analog and
digital I/Os on a per channel basis.
standard bank Routing
A routing matrix defi ned by each input (source) and output (desti-
nation) provides the possibility to distribute the signals among one
another. Each horizontal row represents all four destinations:
AES ▲
AES output ports 01 to 16
AES ▼
AES output ports 17 to 32
01..32
MADI output channel 01 to 32
33..64
MADI output channel 33 to 64
The vertical columns represent the corresponding source of each
destination.
Each source consists of 32 channels and cannot be subclassifi ed.
AES ▲
lEd (green): indicates the use of
the AEs input 01 to 16 as source
LED ON = AES input 01 to 16 is used
as source for this destination column
AES ▼
lEd (green): indicates the use of
the AEs input 17 to 32 as source
LED ON = AES input 17 to 32 is used
as source for this destination column
01..32
lEd (green): indicates the use of the
MAdi input (channel 01-32 ) as source
LED ON = MADI input (ch. 01-32) is used
as source for this destination column
33..64
lEd (green): indicates the use of the
MAdi input (channel 33-64 ) as source
LED ON = MADI input (ch. 33-64) is used
as source for this destination column
