DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE NCP-VIEW APP
The NCP-DVR3CH needs to be used in combination with the NCP-VIEW app to function
correctly.
All major settings on the NCP-DVR3CH are accessed through the NCP-VIEW app. The
system requirements for your smartphone are featured below:
iPhone:
Phones with iOS 9.0 and above.
Samsung Galaxy:
Phones with Android 8 and above.
To correctly connect your smart device to your NCP-DVR3CH, you will need to download
the NCP-VIEW app from the App store. You will also need to connect your smartphone to
the NCP-DVR3CH’s Wi-Fi signal using your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings.
For Android devices
Please search NCP-VIEW in the Google Play Store for installation. Alternatively you can
scan the QR code found in the ”About Dash Camera” settings in your Dash Camera. You
can also scan the QR code on the following page.
For iOS devices
Please search NCP-VIEW in the iOS App Store for installation. Alternatively you can scan
the QR code found in the system settings in your Dash Camera. You can also scan the QR
code on the following page.
