1. Definitions
For the purpose of the present document, the following terms and definitions apply:
ACD
: The
Average Call Duration
is a measurement in telecommunications that reflects
an average length of telephone calls transmitted on telecommunication networks.
ASR

Answer-seizure ratio
is a call success rate in telecommunications; it is the
percentage of answered telephone calls with respect to the total call volume.
CDR

is a data record produced by a telephone exchange or
other telecommunication equipment that documents the details of a telephone call that
passes through the facility or the device.
