3.3.2 Gate opener installation
a) Remove the plastic cover on the gate opener before installation and keep the
fasteners;
b) Please prepare a power cable for connection from the mounting plate to the gate
opener (the number of cable cores should be min. 3 wires, the sectional area of cable
core should be over than 1.5mm² and keep the cable length properly according to the
installation condition.)
c) Please unlock the gate opener before installation by the following steps: remove the
keyhole cover, insert the key, and pull out the release bar at 90° as shown in Figure 5.
Then turn the output gear and make sure the gear can be rotated smoothly;

3.3.3 Gear rack installation
Fix the mounting screws to the rack.
Put the rack on the output gear to make the rack engage with the output gear and
then weld the mounting screws to the gate (each screw with one welding spot firstly).
Manually move the gate to check whether there is a fit clearance between the rack
and output gear, as shown in Figure 7. The gate should be moved smoothly after
the motor disengaged.
Weld all the mounting screws to the gate firmly.
