2.1 User Interface - Network Information Tab
This window is an O peration A nalysis window that reveals N etwork information in three categories: C C o Information,
C onnected S TA Information and Topology.
2.1.1. Topology
The ‘Topology’ group shows the TE I, MA C A ddress, B ridged MA C A ddress and the transmit (Tx) and receive (R x)
C oded and R aw P H Y rates for all nodes on the network (other than the local S TA ).
The ‘C oded’ rates exclude FE C bits.
The ‘R aw’ rate is the actual channel bit rate. The R aw rate is determined by carrier bit loading and the applied
H omeP lug AV Tone Mask which utilizes 917 carriers out of a possible 1155.
If all carriers were to be utilized with maximum bit loading on all 1155 carriers, the R aw channel rate would be
approximately 250 Mbps.
W ith the H omeP lug AV Tone Mask applied, the maximum R aw channel rate is approximately 200 Mbps (198 Mbps
maximum actual).
