Removing the CD-ROM

To access the lower right side drive bay, push in the button tab
on the enclosure
wall that releases the CD-ROM assembly. Slide CD-ROM back (towards the power
supply)
. Lift the CD-ROM assembly up and out of the system unit as shown in
Figure 3-7 and Figure 3-8. The CD-ROM is secured within the bracket by two screws.
It is not necessary to remove the cables from the CD-ROM. Remove cables from the
drive only after the assembly has been lifted out of the system unit, if you must
remove them.
