1.
In a TV with HDMI connection, use an HDMI cable. Plug the
cable into the HDMI output of the receiver and the other end into
the HDMI input of the TV and if necessary select the desired source
on the TV (e.g. HDMI1, HDMI2, etc.). In this
case, no audio connections are required
because the HDMI output provides stereo
sound or Dolby digital.
NOTE: when the
decoder is connected to the TV via HDMI,
you must select the correct input mode
(eg. HDMI 1 or 2 etc.) by pressing the
SOURCE button on the remote control of
TV (depending on the brand, the button
can also be identified with INPUT, AV,
AUX, ZERO, etc.), otherwise no image
appears.
If you want to hide the decoder behind the
TV you have two options:
- use the support supplied by hooking it to the decoder with the
special pins. Use the platelet adhesive or hole to attach it where
you want. Only the decoder can be easily removed using the
anchor pins;
- connect the decoder with the scart but also connect it with the
HDMI cable. With the TV remote control you can choose whether to
watch via HDMI or via SCART.
2.
If you do not have a TV with HDMI, you can connect the decoder
with its SCART connection directly to TV's SCART.
Connection of IR sensor
It is necessary to connect the IR sensor of the remote control
(supplied) to the IR port on the decoder and then fix it with the
appropriate adhesive: fix it where you want, for example on the front
