Antenna connection
Connect the antenna to the
RF IN
input of the decoder.
Connecting the Power Supply
Only connect the supplied power supply to the DC IN 12V port after
all connections have been completed.
WARNING:
The cables required for the various connections
described are not included in the package.
Switching on the decoder
Turn on the TV.
If the red LED on the decoder is on, press the POWER
button on the remote control. If the LED is green and no
image appears on the screen, select the correct AV
mode using the TV remote control.
FIRST TIME INSTALLATION
The first time you turn on the decoder (or when you reset) you need
to tune in the channels. The Welcome window will appear. The
decoder is set to
Italy
and
Italian
language, if you want to change
use the keys
/
. Set the desired
Video Resolution
(and still
supported by your TV) using the
/
keys. CAUTION: If you set
a resolution and no picture appears, the resolution is not supported
by the connected TV. Continue changing the resolution using the
/
buttons until you reach the supported resolution.
In
Aspect
, set the screen format according to your TV using the
/
buttons and choosing from the various available formats.
In
New PIN
enter your 4-digit password and confirm it in the next
line. Make sure you write it down.
Press the OK key to start the automatic search. You can exit the
scan at any time by pressing EXIT on the remote control.
