3.2.1 Connection books, Contacts and Profiles 

3.2.1.1. Connection books 

 
Connection book is a new concept developed by Digigram. 
 
A Connection Book includes all codecs connection information (named Contacts) and preferred audio settings

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(named Profiles).  
 
A Connection Book file can be created and edited in a text editor, but we strongly recommend the use of Digigram’s

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

new codec management system : IQOYA *CLOUD.  
IQOYA *CLOUD provides a simple and centralized interface to define and setup any number of Connection Books

 

 

   

 

 

 

   

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

that is necessary for the organization. The Connection Books are then exported and uploaded in a network

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     

 

repository and the Digigram IQOYA codecs can automatically download the relevant Connection Books. 
 
For example, one can setup one Connection book for a mobile fleet, one Connection Book for all in­house studio

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

codecs, and another Connection Book for a regional branch. 
IQOYA *CALL and *CALL/LE codecs can only download one Connection Book concurrently. 
 

Network Repository 

 
Network repository are usually HTTP/HTTPS WebDav repository. The network repository URI includes the filename

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

of the Connection Book.
