2.3.3. TELNET
This parameter enables the activation of Telnet services for direct remote access to the unit. This access is
reserved for qualified administrator or Digigram’s support service.
2.3.4. SNMP Service

IQOYA is fully manageable through any SNMP supervisor. IQOYA can be configured and monitored from any
SNMP supervisor application.
All alarms and statuses, as well as audio configuration parameters are accessible through a specific MIB
(Management Information Block), compliant with SNMP V2 protocol.
In addition of being accessible through web pages, all network metrics (jitter, jitter histogram, packet losses,
duplicated packets…) are accessible via IQOYA’s MIB.
Proceed as follows to get the SNMP MIB from IQOYA:
● Enable the FTP service from menu PREFERENCES | Services | FTP)
● Run an FTP client application from your PC and connect to the IP address of the IQOYA, with following
login:
­ user = anonymous
­ password = iqoya
● The MIB file (IqoyaLink_SNMP_Mib.txt) can be downloaded from folder CONFIG.
In case SNMP Traps are used, it is necessary to define the address of the SNMP supervisor(s). Up to 5 supervisor
IP addresses can be defined.
