CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRICITY NETWORK
The voltage of the appliance was set at the factory. Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the indications
on the identification plate located on the bottom of the appliance. Check that the main switch is not pressed
before connecting the machine to the mains. Insert the plug into a socket with a suitable voltage.
WARNING:
Electric current can be dangerous! Consequently, always follow the safety rules described in section 03 of this
manual scrupulously.
Never use defective cables! Faulty plug cables must be replaced immediately by Authorized Service Centers.
4.4
WATER LOADING AND MACHINE AWAY
Referring to fig. 3 and 4. The coffee machine is equipped with a removable water tank.
This system has been designed to facilitate both the cleaning of the tank itself and an optimal filling. Then remove
the tank from its seat, lift the closing lid and fill it up to 2 cm from the edge.
Then replace the lid on the tank and put the tray back in its housing.
The bowl is equipped with a self-closing valve.
WARNING:
Always insert only non-carbonated fresh water into the tank. Hot water as well as other liquids can damage the
tank. Do not operate the machine without water: make sure there is enough in the tank.

INSTALLATION
For your own safety and that of third parties, carefully follow the “Safety regulations” given in chap. 3.
4.1.1
Packaging
The original packaging was designed and built to protect the machine during shipping.
It is recommended to keep it for future transport.
The coffee machine is now ready to be connected to the electricity grid.
WARNING:
Place the machine on a flat and stable surface, away from water and heat sources. Disconnect the power supply if
present. Lift the machine withextremecare, using both hands.
4.2
INSTALLATION WARNINGS
Before installing the machine, follow the safety instructions below:
• Place the machine in a safe place;
• Make sure that children do not have the opportunity to play with the machine;
• Avoid placing the machine on very hot surfaces or near open flames.
