The formats for

are:
+FCLASS?
Returns current setting.
+FCLASS=n
Returns command range(s).
+FTS Stop Transmission and Wait
Transmission is halted followed by a wait for the specified time.
+FTS=<TIME> - Wait for the time (in 10 ms increments) specified by <TIME> (0 - 2.55 s).

For V.23, originating modes transmit at 75 bps and receive at 1200 bps;
answering modes transmit at 1200 bps and receive at 75 bps. The
