3. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID BATTERY LEAKAGE IN THE VFL

  -   Do not leave the VFL containing batteries in places where the temperature may rise significantly.
  -   When the batteries are not in use for a long period of time, be sure to remove them from the VFL and 

store them in a cool place.

  -   Do not use batteries after the expiring date.

    DIAMOND SA assumes no responsibility in case fluid acid escapes from the batteries causing the  

microscope not to function any longer.
