Residual humidity on the linen that must be ironed, cannot be above the 50%. It means that this ironer must
be used with linen washed in a high spin washing machine.
Hourly production written on the technical data sheet has been calculated on the base of ISO 9398
standards.
ATTENTION! Yellow stains on ironed linen means that the detergent was not well rinsed!
ATTENTION! Wrinkles on the ironed linen may means a to much low residual humidity.
Please pay attention also to the fabric thickness. Differences in the thickness of the same
cloth may origin wrinkles. Ironing of a folded cloth may origin wrinkles.
Ironing double or folded linen may cause wrinkles.
ATTENTION! Do not start to iron until the minimum temperature of 80°C has been reached
and, anyway, do not start to iron before the minimum ironing temperature adequate for the
linen to work has been reached.
ATTENTION! In case of emergency and necessity of a rapid machine stop, push one of the
two emergency push buttons on the machine sides. Once the emergency button is pushed,

ATTENTION! When the emergency stop button is pushed, the roller stop. If the temperature
is above 80°C, the ironing belts may burn. In case the machine could not be starter again,
pass a wet bed sheet between roller and belts making roll the roller manually as described in
the relative paragraph. This operation needs to be repeated until the temperature goes under
80°C.
ATTENTION! The ironing surfaced is defined by the ironing and introduction belts. Ironing out
