Before using the Dialogic
®
Diva

Diagnostics tool, you would need to enable it by setting the Dialogic
®
Diva
®
SIPcontrol™ Software debug. To do so, open the Diva SIPcontrol software web interface, click the link

Settings
, and set
Debug Level
to
Extended
. Click the
Save
button for the changes to take effect.
Now, you can start the Diva Diagnostics tool. To do so, click:
