Virus Protection
Most viruses today destroy data stored in hard drives. The system
board is designed to protect the boot sector and partition table of
your hard disk drive.
2.2 Using the Suspend to RAM Function
1.
Select Power Management Setup in the main menu screen and
press <Enter>.
2. In the ACPI Suspend Type field, select S3(STR).

Press <Esc> to return to the main menu.
4. Select Save & Exit Setup and press <Enter>. Type <Y> and
press <Enter>.

to ensure that the ACPI function is supported.

If you have previously installed Windows

98, you need to
upgrade the system in order to support ACPI. Please contact
Microsoft for upgrade information.

Start button. Move the cursor to Settings, then click Control
Panel.
7. Double-click the System icon. In the System Properties dialog
box, click the Performance tab.
